National Night Out 2005 National Night Out is a time for neighbors to step out of their front doors and get to know one another. LVNA had very little time to plan for the 2005 National Night Out, but we managed to have loads of fun at two locations, one at Lincoln Village Community Park on Routier and the other on Lincoln Village Drive by Draco.
